LATICRETE, a manufacturer of globally proven construction solutions for the building industry, will showcase its latest generation of innovative products at Coverings 2025 in Orlando, FL, reinforcing its role as the industry’s go-to brand for single-source installation systems and technical support. From preparation to profiles, these recent additions reflect the brand’s continued commitment to setting the standard for performance, design, flexibility, and jobsite efficiency.

Making their Coverings debut April 29 through May 2, HYDRO BAN® 1 and MULTIMAX® 1 expand the LATICRETE “1” product family, which began with the launch of SPECTRALOCK® 1, the industry’s first pre-mixed grout with strength and performance of an epoxy grout. Together, these “1” solutions now span grout, waterproofing, and adhesive categories. Each is designed to simplify installation and reduce steps, while delivering professional-grade performance without compromising quality.

  • HYDRO BAN® 1 is the industry’s first single-coat, trowel-applied waterproofing membrane. Its self-gauging application ensures proper thickness, while a rapid two-hour cure window enables same-day flood testing. HYDRO BAN 1 provides a streamlined installation with the performance expected from the HYDRO BAN brand.
  • MULTIMAX® 1 is the industry’s first ready-to-use adhesive mortar to meet ANSI A118.15 performance requirements. This pre-mixed formula eliminates the need for water, buckets, or drill mixing, reducing jobsite dust, noise, and mess. MULTIMAX 1 delivers the strength of a high-performance adhesive mortar with a cleaner, safer, and more consistent installation for tile of any size.

“These innovations reflect our focus on what matters most to our customers: reliability, durability, and seamless system compatibility,” said Ken Barnum, senior director of product management at LATICRETE. “For nearly 70 years, we have delivered high-performance solutions that last. Our booth at Coverings serves as proof positive that we continue to push the envelope for solutions for our partners.”

Another Coverings feature is the new NXT® Pedestal System, a modular, fully adjustable solution for raised surface applications. With just three core pedestal components and a full line of accessories, the system delivers a streamlined way to achieve precise height and slope adjustments for raised pedestal pavers on rooftops, terraces, and other outdoor spaces.

LATICRETE will also showcase its versatile and extensive Profiles & Trims lineup. Comprised of more than 4,000 products, these elements are available in stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and PVC and are compatible with tile, stone, carpet, wood, and more. In addition to standard finishes like matte black, oil rubbed bronze, brass, and more, this line includes options for 40 coordinated colors that align with grouts and sealants for seamless design integration.

In addition to the product showcases, LATICRETE will offer hands-on demonstrations on the Innovation Installation Stage and within the booth, giving attendees a firsthand look at the latest system advancements. The company will also offer contractor tours, feature self-guided health and wellness audio tours, and host a tile artisan meetup—all designed to give attendees opportunities to engage and connect with LATICRETE experts and see these competitive products in action.
