Moroch, the Dallas-based marketing agency behind campaigns for McDonald’s, Planet Fitness, Neighborly, and Midas, has reimagined its headquarters with the help of Tangram Interiors, Tangram Technology, Studio Other, and OTJ Architects.
The project reflects a focused effort to reduce square footage by 50% without sacrificing creativity, functionality, or client impact.
“We’ve engineered a workplace with the future in mind,” said Matt Powell, CEO of Moroch. “This office reflects our belief that businesses can accomplish more with less—by integrating smarter systems, modern design, and collaborative environments.
The multi-departmental project, completed in 2024, won the Workplace Strategy – 50K SF or Less award at the 2025 Black White & Blue Awards—an acknowledgment of the collective ingenuity that went into every detail.
Furniture That Works as Hard as the Team
Furniture played a key role in realizing Moroch’s vision. Studio Other’s custom workstations with metal accents and built-in planters create a natural, welcoming space. The executive boardroom features a cantilevered conference table designed to comfortably seat 20 without overpowering the room.
“I can’t say enough good things about Studio Other,” said Cathy Perkins, Moroch Director of Corporate Services. “The team truly stands behind their work. I can always count on their thoughtful designs and unwavering commitment to exceeding expectations.”
Private offices use Halcon systems, balancing warmth with professionalism. Lounge areas, including a 60-desk open office, offer collaborative furniture like the West Elm Belle Sofa and UpThink Lounge, designed for impromptu meetings with real-time client data displays.

Technology That Connects and Elevates
To support Moroch’s hybrid work model, Tangram Technology delivered a robust AV and collaboration ecosystem. A show-stopping 130-panel LED video wall by Absen welcomes visitors in the lobby, supported by a custom mounting solution from Draper. Throughout the office, integrated systems from Crestron, Biamp, and Logitech streamline both in-person and remote collaboration. Microsoft TEAMS Front Row configurations provide versatile meeting solutions, while future-ready infrastructure—covering low-voltage, AV, security, and structured cabling—ensures the office will grow with the agency’s evolving needs.
A Compact Footprint with a Broader Reach
Moroch’s new office combines design, technology, and functionality to redefine the modern workplace. Tangram’s collaboration of furniture and technology teams helped create a cohesive, forward-thinking space that reflects the agency’s culture and supports its high-profile clients.
“This was the kind of project that reminds us why we do what we do,” said Scott Birdsong, Tangram Technology Regional Director of Operations. “Helping Moroch bring their vision to life with custom furnishings, integrated tech, and purposeful design—it’s the future of work, realized.”
