Siplast, a Standard Industries company and leader in high-performance roofing and waterproofing solutions, is proud to announce that its full line of Paratherm® Non-Halogenated (NH) polyiso products are TCPP Free, Red-List Free and now are offered at standard polyiso pricing.

Siplast introduced its Paratherm® NH Polyiso Insulation product line in 2017, featuring a TCPP-free, non-halogenated flame retardant. These insulation solutions provide exceptional thermal performance while eliminating potentially hazardous flame-retardant chemicals. TCPP is a chlorinated organophosphate flame retardant commonly added to polyurethane foams. With the elimination of TCPP, these products are classified as Red List-free. Additionally, the Paratherm® NH line provides stable R-value performance at mean temperatures of 40°F and 75°F.

“Siplast offers a comprehensive range of Paratherm® NH TCPP-free polyiso products—including flat, tapered, and cover boards—available with GRF and CGF facers in a variety of PSI ratings to meet your project’s needs,” said Kirk Goodrum, VP/General Manager of Siplast, “Siplast has listened to the needs of our architectural community who have sustainable goals, and we are now able to offer a polyiso insulation solution that doesn’t come with a premium price tag. This is a differentiator for Siplast.”

Siplast offers these Paratherm® NH Polyiso products which contribute towards green building rating systems like the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) points and the Living Building Challenge with sustainability documentation including Declare Labels, GREENGUARD Gold, GreenCircle Certified Recycled Content, and product-specific EPDs.
